Billing & Payment

Payments & billing

Our office files insurance claims for all patients, including primary and secondary coverage. Copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts are collected at the time of your visit. Monthly statements are mailed for any residual balances.

  • Bring your insurance card to every visit — we need a current copy on file whenever your coverage changes.
  • Claims filed for you — our billing team submits both primary and secondary insurance claims on your behalf.
  • Self-pay welcome — uninsured patients pay at the time of service. Call us to discuss pricing before your visit.
  • Pay your bill online through our secure billing portal at paywoot.com.
